There is one God, who created Heaven and Earth. He made us in His image and likeness. He made us to worship and we chose to rebel against God. As a result we are seperated from God but God didn’t leave us. Instead God sent His one and only Son, His Son is Jesus. He was born of a virgin and lived a life without sin, though He was tempted in every way as we are. He went on the cross and He willingly took our sins past, present and future. Jesus died in my place for my sins, paying my debt to God and purchasing my salvation. Jesus died but He rose on the third day victory over satan, sin, demons and hell. Jesus tells us to share this story of the Good News and there’s a God that lovingly pursues us. Jesus is coming to judge the living and the dead and those who trust in God will forever be with Him in His Kingdom and those who do not will suffer forever in hell.

Leon and Matt, Thank you for reminding me of who I am inside. My father was a Navy Seal and he instilled in me the need to be responsible for myself. Never make excuses and only I can overcome my shortcomings. I spent my entire early life confident that I can do anything that I choose to do. On my own, I had great accomplishments. But in real life I had to carry the weight of my children and Spouse. I raised 5 children and because of my commitment to them and my spouse, I stuck by them through some very difficult behavioral problems. My children are grown and my last hurdle was when I had to virtually sacrifice everything I was to support my wife through a 10 year battle with Cancer and the terrible health issues that came along with trying to help her survive. My wife passed away 2 years ago. She beat the cancer, but suffered a sudden heart attack. Since she passed away, I have suffered from immense PTSD and the whole decade long battle left me exhausted and I had lost interest in most things in life. I realize that it is time to get back into life because 2 years has passed me by and I don't know what has been holding me back. Your videos, especially the one where you and Matt took on the SEAL challenge have inspired me to get off my Ass and get going. Congratulations to you both. That's a phenomenal accomplishment. I did BMQ in the military and honestly, just those 3 months that I did that course changed my entire outlook on life. Nothing is ever a challenge anymore, because I know I've had worse and can push myself through the tough times I face. It's been 8 years since I did the course and I wish I never left the military.

Last year I shattered my entire elbow. I have had 2 reconstructive surgeries, and am currently doing PT. I feel like my range of motion is maxed out at like 85%. Which is good considering the severity of the injury. But videos like these give me aspirations to try and do some of these challenges once I'm fully healed. To prove the doctors wrong that I won't be able to work out like I used to. Or that I may not be able to do everything that I once could. I CAN FUCKING DO THIS!!!!!

See he literally didn’t get anything from the three days. Y’all went soft on him. First thing he does when he gets back is *plan* to do a 10k run and stop at 7k. He even admitted he walked a bunch, why couldn’t you walk to 10k Matt???
